Studio Angelika Shipping Policy
Thank you so much for choosing a piece from Studio Angelika - it truly means a lot. Below is some helpful information about shipping timeframes for original artworks. Please take a moment to read through before placing your order.
ORIGINAL ARTWORKS - AUSTRALIA
All original artworks are carefully prepared and shipped within 1-2 weeks from the time your order is placed, unless otherwise specified. If you chose framing it can be 3-4 weeks due to local framing time-works. Each piece is packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely.
If your need your artwork sooner, please feel free to get in touch and I'll do my best to arrange an expedited option. Please note that faster shipping may involve an additional cost.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, international shipping is not yet available. As Studio Angelika continues to grow, I hope to offer worldwide shipping in the near future. Thank you so much for your patience and support.
PACKAGING
Each artwork is carefully packaged with lots of care to make sure it arrives safely to you. Original pieces are securely wrapped using protective materials to reduce the risk of any damage during transit.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been sent, you'll receive a tracking number. Please keep an eye on your email for these updates.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. Unfortunately, we can't take responsibility for lost or misdirected parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS
All sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded. Sale prices are only valid during the advertised sale period and won't apply to orders placed outside of that time.
HANDLING DELAYS
While I do my best to ship orders as quickly as possible, delays can sometimes occur due to factors outside of my control, such as shipping carriers, the weather, or public holidays. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package is lost or stolen, please get in touch as soon as possible and I'll do my best to assist. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, I'm unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen items.
