About me

Hi, I’m Angelika (thanks mum haha) — but most people call me Ang.

I grew up along Australia’s east coast, from the Gold Coast to Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, and eventually Far North Queensland — where I’ve spent most of my life in Cairns.

Being surrounded by rainforest, tropical beaches, surf culture, and the Great Barrier Reef has shaped who I am and continues to inspire my work every day.

I then spent 10 years working on prawn trawlers in the Gulf of Carpentaria, where I experienced some of the most raw, untouched parts of Australia. Endless ocean, remote islands, bird life, and marine life — it’s a world that deeply influenced my perspective and is something I now bring into my art.

I’m drawn to everything ocean and nature — beaches, islands, shells, textures, patterns, and that raw, unfiltered beauty of Australia.

Creating art is my passion, and each piece reflects the places and experiences that have shaped me.

I hope you love my original works as much as I love creating them. Prints will be coming soon — stay tuned, and thank you for being here.

Love, Ang xx
