Change of Mind

Selecting artwork is a personal and considered experience, and we encourage all customers to choose pieces thoughtfully before completing their purchase. As each artwork is unique and carefully prepared, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, including both original artworks and prints. If you have any questions or would like additional details before purchasing, please feel free to get in touch - we're always happy to assist in helping you choose the right piece.

 

Custom Artwork Requests

I love working with you to create custom pieces that feel personal and meaningful. Because each commission is made specifically for you, I', unable to offer refunds once work has begun. To make sure everything feels right, I encourage open communication before we start so we're aligned on your vision, colours, and overall direction. 

 

Damaged Deliveries

I take great care in packaging each artwork but if your piece arrives damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible so I can help resolve it. 

Please:

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and any visable damage 
  • Take photos of the artwork itself 
  • Email everything to studioangelika.art@gmail.com

Please don't attempt to fix the artwork, as it's important i see it in the condition it arrived.

 

Artwork Descriptions and Color Variations

I do my best to provide clear photos and descriptions so you can get a true feel for each piece. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device. For this reason, I'm unable to accept returns based on minor colour variations.

Lost Artwork

If your artwork doesn't arrive or appears to be lost during transit, please reach out as soon as possible so I can help. I'll work with you to either organise a replacement or process a refund, depending on the situation.
